Jeffrey H. Fischer, Col (R) USAF
Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder

Colonel Jeff Fischer, a 30 year retired Air Force combat aircrew, with numerous senior / diplomatic assignments in Europe/NATO. Currently, Jeff sits on three executive boards to include the world's largest Electronic Warfare professional organization. He has founded three seperate businesses in Europe, where he presently resides.

David Julazadeh is a retired U.S. Air Force Lieutenant General and F-16 instructor pilot with over three decades of service leading global operations, strategy, and capability development. His final active-duty role was as Deputy Chief of Staff for Capability Development at NATO’s Allied Command Transformation, where he spearheaded initiatives in multi-domain operations, digital transformation, space, and innovation. Drawing on his senior-level experience in NATO strategy, U.S. defense policy, and industry engagement, Dave advises organizations on leadership, strategy, and capability modernization, helping them navigate complexity and accelerate solutions from concept to execution.

Mike Ryan retired from the Senior Executive Service with over 35 years of service to the United States, in and out of uniform. Applying his years of experience at this critical juncture to his extensive career has perpetually revolved around Europe and NATO portfolio, serving seven years in Brussels first as the Military Advisor to the Secretary of Defense Representative, Europe at the US Mission to NATO, Defense Advisor to the US ambassador to the European Union and Deputy Assistant Sec of Defense for European and NATO policy. He also served in US EUCOM as the Deputy Director or Security Cooperaiton, overseeing US direct relations with over 35 nations.

Dani Zimra

Chief Technical Officer / Solutions Architect

& Co-Founder

Dani brings over 40 years of programs design, management and testing experience in Aerospace and C4ISR, working for the IAF, IMOD and the Aerospace community worldwide on multi-billion dollar programs. With a MSc degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering he was a key deleloper of the Israeli F-4's Multi-Mode Radar System Later, he took part in the Israeli Missile Defense program, UAS and space-borne systems, and intensively working on interoperability and tactical networking of platforms.

Later, Dani's expertise focused on conceptual and design of mission aircraft, later known as CAEW, the Conformal Airborne Early Warning system based on the Gulfstream G-550. Now battle proven, operational configurations are serving around the globe.

VADM Kilrain served 38 years in the U.S. Navy, most recently as the Advisor to the CIA Director. Other notable assignments include: NATO Special Operations Headquarters Commander, and SEAL Team Six Commander.

LTG Rohling served 36 years in the US Army, most recently as the deputy of the NATO Military Committee from 2024 to 2025. He previously served as the deputy commanding general of the United States Army Europe and Africa.

MG Van Wagenen served 35 years, most recently as NATO's Deputy Chief of Staff, Operations (DCOS-OPS). His career included key roles as Deputy Commanding General of V Corps in Poland and 1st Cavalry Division.
